Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
Refunds are not available after accessing a significant portion of the content, downloading key materials, or completing more than 20% of the program.
Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be issued if:
- more than 20% of the course is completed;
- course materials, templates, or downloadable files have been accessed;
- the course was purchased at a discount or with a promo code;
- you did not start or complete the course due to personal schedule constraints;
- access was revoked due to violation of platform rules.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to the course, we will work to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be fixed within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
Any duplicate or unauthorized charges will be refunded in full.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
